About our Puppy Program

Our puppies are born in our home and grow up accustomed to the sounds and scents of daily living. Once they are 4-5 weeks old (and weather permits), we begin letting them explore the outdoors. They get exposed to chickens, horses, the sounds of everyday farm-life. Through this technique, they begin to learn healthy stress responses, various surface textures, neurological and sound stimulation. Around 5-6 weeks of age, they begin sleeping through the night in their shared dog crate. This begins the process of eventually sleeping alone in the crate when they go to their new homes.
