Health Testing:
We DNA health test against hereditary diseases prior to breeding.
Microchipping:
Your puppy will be microchipped prior to coming home to you. Please register the chip in your name as soon as possible. All information on how to do this will be provided in your puppy packet.
Crate Training:
Prior to coming home, your puppy will be started on crate training and potty training. Please understand, this is not full-proof and accidents will likely happen.

**Failure to pick up your puppy within 7 days of turning 8 weeks old, will incur a charge of $10.00 per day. Buyer will also be charged for any vet expenses and/or vaccination fees.
Seller does not guarantee the puppy to be completely non-shedding or allergy friendly. The seller does not guarantee color, size, fertility or temperament of any puppy.
Health Guarantee: The buyer has 7 days from the time of puppy pick-up to be examined by a Veterinarian. Any request to return the puppy to the Seller for a full refund must be made within this time period and may only be requested should the puppy prove to be sick upon arrival. Proof of examination must be provided. Refunds will be provided upon return of the puppy in question, at buyers expense. At no time will the seller be responsible for any expenses.
A Warranty against all serious life-threatening genetic disease is provided until the above dog is 2 years of age. Should a genetic disease be discovered during this time that will greatly shorten the life or greatly alter the quality of life of the puppy, the sell will provide buyer with a full refund of the purchase price of the puppy or provide a replacement puppy (buyers choice). This guarantee is non-transferable and only available to the original buyer.
Minor health ailments including, but not limited to, fleas, worms, stress induced diarrhea are not reasons for the dog to be returned to Seller.
A guarantee against hip dysplasia is provided for two years. The guarantee will be terminated should dog be allowed to become overweight or developing joints be over-stressed at any point during the first two years. Should dog be found to have hip dysplasia within its first two years, Buyer must provide Seller with proof int he form of documentation from PennHIP or OFA. Veterinarian records must be provided showing the dogs weight at the time of the examination along with the Veterinarians assessment of weight in regards to the dogs diagnosis of hip dysplasia. Seller has the right to confirm the diagnois with an independent Veterinarian.
The puppy is sold on a non-breeding contract. Buyer agrees to spay or neuter this dog by 1.5 year of age. Buyer agrees this puppy to be pet-companion.
Maintenance: Buyer agrees to maintain this puppy/dog in good health and provide routine preventative health care. Buyer agrees to provide adequate housing away from the elements. Dog is to never be left on a chain. Buyer will provide grooming, training and care for this dog in a manner consistent with high quality husbandry.
